Support America with these Fastway FLAK Shields

Its the same deal as yesterday with the giveaway. All you have to do is make a comment on this post below. It doesn’t matter what you post, just as long as you make a comment (multiple comments won’t increase your chances of winning but will show Team USA how supportive you are). You will then be entered into the contest and we will pick the winner by randomly selecting one of the comments at midnight tonight (Pacific Standard Time) and contact the winner via email. So be sure to put your name and email address in the correct fields when you make a comment. Don’t worry, your email address won’t be visible to the world, we just need it so that we can contact you when you win. If you do not respond to our email by 12 noon the next day we will randomly pick another comment.

UPDATE: The winner is “crf217″ and will be contacted via email.

First, I would like to thank the guys at Fastway for helping the racers and video crew to make it to the ISDE. No small cost I am sure. Second, I would like to thank Fastway for making such good products. Love the pegs. Third, Fastway’s customer service is the best, helping me at no cost to me with a small spring problem. The guys are doing it right at Fastway and I would and do highly recomend buying from them.
Last, I would like to thank the riders for all they do and how little they get out of it. I did two H&H in the USRA series and had a chance to talk with a couple of the guys. They are way cool and down to earth(keeping it real). For how hard they are hanging it out there, they do not get paid nearly enough! The best of luck to the rest of the days and I look forward to those videos to come. Thanks TEAM USA and thanks FASTWAY!

First, thanks for the great reports and video. It is a far cry better than coverage at my first 6-days 36 years ago–yea even before Fredette (Penton anyone?) Anyway I enjoy all you encouraging comments for the team, but at this point the if you are hoping for an increase in team placing it is unlikely unless there is a serious mistake/DNF by a team ahead of us. Certainly I hope them all the best. The Junior team and Women are close enough to pounce if someone bobbles, but history will show this is unlikely. It can happen and I hope they can improve their placing or get closer before day 6. What I would really like to see is a return to a true endurance event–everyone’s score counts. It would return to the true team event. Get your whole team to the finish and place well. Here is an interesting fact: In the early years of the ISDT the competitors would ride their motorcycles from their home country to the event then remove some of the road accessories, ride the event, then remount the accessories and ride home. Try that today. :) Again thanks for the great coverage guys. It makes waiting for my Cycle News so much easier.
