Day 4 Daily Video Update – ISDE 2009

If Destry Abbott says the sand is the worst he has ridden in his life then you know it was tough. The footage from Day 4 shows you really how hard the course was today. All the riders are looking forward to new trail on Day 5 after running a 10 mile section of endless whoops twice in the day. Check out how gnarly some of the trail sections look.

Its Day 5 and its the last full day of riding before the final motocross on Day 6. Today’s course is completely new and should give the riders a nice change of scenery.

ISDE 2007 Daily Update – Day 1

A lot can happen on the first day of a race such as the International Six Days Enduro. Each rider has to be smart in order to finish such a grueling race. The key to success here is consistency and endurance, both mentally and physically. This race is a marathon rather than a sprint. Its not only important to ride fast but ride smart, you don’t want to do something on the first day that would knock you out of the race. Watch this video as the riders embark on a six day journey. This is the first time they have touched their bikes since they had them inspected.
