Day 4 Daily Video Update – ISDE 2009
If Destry Abbott says the sand is the worst he has ridden in his life then you know it was tough. The footage from Day 4 shows you really how hard the course was today. All the riders are looking forward to new trail on Day 5 after running a 10 mile section of endless whoops twice in the day. Check out how gnarly some of the trail sections look.

I can not even think how bad those sand whoops are. The worst I have race was in Page, AZ about 19 miles of a 22 mile loop. Those guys are great riders!!! Best of luck.

We have a saying about big sand whoops here in Finland (”Big like a Volkswagen Beetle). Have plenty of them over here.
